We reserve the right to change the trip inclusions/itinerary as required.
It is your responsibility to check the payment dates and ensure that your payments have been made in accordance with the payment installment plan. Your spot will not be confirmed until you have made your deposit payment through paypal or stripe. We will process sign ups in the order in which we receive the deposit payments. Your deposit is non refundable/non transferable, but can be used on a future trip if you need to cancel up to 60 days before the event. Inside of 60 days before the event the deposit is non refundable/non transferable.
Cancellation must be received in writing via email to email@example.com. If we do not respond to your cancellation, then it has not been processed, so please follow up within 72hrs if confirmation isn’t received.
The charges for cancellation are as follows based on the value of your booking:
From the booking date up to 60 days before event date: Your trip value can be transferred to any other event within 1 year.
Between 60 days and event date: 100% of trip value is forfeited as a cancellation fee.
If you are unable to attend the trip you can transfer your spot to another person to avoid cancellation fees. You must inform Groovestreet LLC of the change in writing to make the name change (must past the Unconventional Life application process). If there is a waitlist for the trip, we will put the next available person on the list into your spot and refund you your total payments.
At Booking: A minimum deposit is required to secure your spot. Unless otherwise specified in writing from a team member of Groovestreet LLC.
All payments are due before the start of the event. Within 30 days all spots must be paid in full even if you need to cancel for any reason prior to trip start date.
