Senkow says his greatest contribution to his company was setting the bar for top-notch content. He recognized that for his company to stand out in a competitive market, he needed to create content that was worth sharing—content that inspired and impacted people. He began asking himself, will this content impact one million people around the world? If the answer was no, he would reiterate his work until he felt confident it would.

“I think it’s important to always have your audience in mind. Put effort into making sure what you create is top-notch,” Senkow recommends.

In holding yourself to high standards, you ensure standout quality that differentiates you and increases the value of your contribution. The more valuable you become within your company, the more responsibility and influence you will be awarded.
