Our Offerings are intended to support personal, professional, and spiritual development. However, results are not guaranteed. Your level of success depends on many factors, including your commitment, participation, and application of the material.

Nothing in our Offerings is intended to be financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

2. Eligibility

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not offer refunds for digital products, coaching sessions, or mastermind enrollments. Event tickets may be non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated on the specific event page.

Payment plans are a binding commitment. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Offering and referral to a collections process, if applicable.

4. Cancellations & Transfers

For live events or retreats:

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to a future event (if available) or to another participant with prior written approval.

• We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify events or Offerings due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, you will be offered a credit or transfer option. Refunds will be issued only if we cancel the event entirely without providing a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our offerings—including but not limited to videos, worksheets, audio recordings, written materials, methods, and frameworks—is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any part of the Offering without our express written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

When participating in group settings (masterminds, group coaching, or events), you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. We foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment and reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate—without a refund.

7. Media Release

By participating in any of our Offerings (especially live or virtual events), you consent to being recorded (audio, video, photography) and grant us permission to use such media in promotional or educational materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the Offering.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for securing a stable internet connection and any necessary software or devices to participate in digital Offerings. We are not liable for interruptions caused by technology issues outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groovestreet aLLC and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Offerings. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.
