Chris Gibson has overcome several health problems throughout his life. From club foot, dyslexia, and attention deficit disorder to chronic problems like severe acne that began in his late teens.
Conventional ways did not work for him, so he was forced to research and seek alternative ways to get better. It worked so well for him that you wouldn’t even believe him when he says he’s already 58 years old!
Through the years, Chris has worn many hats and reinvented himself in many different ways. He started in the corporate world before moving on to managing his own businesses, and now he creates content for his audience through his Youtube channel and blog as well.
He swears by three pillars that have shaped his evolutions and life seasons and have consistently worked for him regardless of what he has decided to do for personal development or a professional career.

Physicality. The majority of our health problems are actual illnesses that we are either born with or acquire as we grow up. Taking care of these things and making a conscious effort to live a healthier life is the first step toward a better life. Basic needs include getting enough sleep at the right time and getting enough rest so that our bodies can recover from the day.
Mentality. Chris has spent hours studying and researching ways to improve his health. All of the information he shares on his YouTube channel is based on actual studies and solid resources. Mindset plays a crucial role in all of it as well. Constantly thinking there’s no way out of a terrible situation or that you’re never getting better can actually turn that line of thinking into reality. It’s important to always champion ourselves first in order for success and good health to manifest in our lives.
Spirituality. Healing through spiritual guidance is possible. Not all of us are spiritual people, but getting in touch with our energies definitely plays a role too. Mindfulness and meditation are practices that can help anyone improve in this area, regardless of religious beliefs.
